How do I sign up for a day pass?

  1. Visit ward.theboxjelly.com

  2. Click on the button “See Memberships”

  3. Choose One Day Drop In for one day pass, or Daily Punch Pass for 5+ day passes

  4. Register for an account

  5. Input card information when prompted

  6. You’re set! The Front Desk can help you get set up on the WiFi. You’ll need to login to your account to access the WiFi.

Where do I park?

  • Parking is free all day in the Ward Centre structure. Park on floors 3 and up.

Can I bring food and drinks to my meeting?

  • Yes! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We just ask that you please dispose of your trash when your meeting or event is over.

How many people can be in the conference room?

  • Our large conference room has a table in the middle that seats 8. The room could accommodate up to 10 people if they don’t mind sitting on the side.

Are you pet friendly?

  • Yes! We have dogs and sometimes cats here. Dogs are usually not on leashes so just a heads up.

Do I need to bring my vaccination card to come into the space?

  • We accept photos of vaccination cards with a photo ID as well as the HAWAII SMART Health Card. A negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours is also acceptable.

Can I bring a guest?

  • If you want to meet a guest for a quick chat and don’t need WiFi, you’re welcome to sit outside on the Lanai in the cafe seating. If you need more time with your guest to get some work done, we suggest purchasing a day pass or renting one of our bookable spaces.

Connecting TV to a PC

  1. Find the HDMI cable that’s connected to the TV.

  2. Insert the end opposite from the HDMI into your computer's monitor or HDMI input. If you connected the Apple TV to your monitor, press the "Input" button on your monitor to switch your computer's signal source from the computer to the Apple TV device.
